Complete the bi-monthly reporting to dotars for the region since 2006/07

Complete an interim revaluation of all assets by indexing. 

We continued the next series of presentations on the service delivery model.  In this presentation to council we covered the budget model based on service levels and displayed the cost impacts. Also we displayed the new upgrading policy to be used to determine when a unsealed road could be considered for sealing.

Developed a service cost based model to determine charges to commerical operations using of some of councils unsealed and sealed roads. The model used full life cycle costing.

Developed and delivered service delivery model for unsealed roads presentation to new Council.  This included history review, current service levels and standards and budget impacts.

We completed some further training for all staff in the new region on the unsealed road management system that has been operating at the original Mackay City council since 2002.

We complete the 2 day unsealed roads training course to 17 persons.

We provided the process and assistance for the collecting of the drainage asset data using GBM Mobile mapping application and a database application to complete the estimates for repairs. 

We have assisted council in the development of the roads budget based on service delivery.  We completed a presentation to council that shows the results of the service delivery model outcomes.

We completed a 1 day training course to assist new staff in the use of our unsealed roads maintenance management system.
