Complete the bi-monthly reporting to dotars for the region since 2006/07

Completing the road and drainage valuations.  Also working with staff on the process of maintaining asset register in GIS also meeting financial compliance requirements.

We have produced hard copy road register maps for the new region using GIS data to produce the maps.

We have recently completed the roads and drainage valuation for the new region.  This included the joining of the 3 old councils regional data sets together, unit rate development, remaining life assessments and final the producing of the finanical valuation numbers.

We have recently completed an interim revaluation of the roads and drainage asset class using indexing.

We recently produced the flood damage claim for Etheridge Shire working with staff.  We used a unique system of data collection using GPS Cameras and a Database application to complete the claim.  The claim was completed in record time frame.

We assisted council in the transfer of data and producing of the claim using our database application.  The estimate was close to 16M.

We completed a 1 day training course to assist new staff in the use of our unsealed roads maintenance management system.

We have assisted council in the development of the roads budget based on service delivery.  We completed a presentation to council that shows the results of the service delivery model outcomes.
