November 2009 we completed our unique 2 day unsealed roads training course for the surrounding councils of Palerang, Yass Valley, Snowy River, ACT Gov and Dept of Ter. If you want to know more about our unsealed roads training course click here.
Have completed a review onsite with councilors and using council's mapping application, the issue of Roads off Casement. A review the legal side was completed to assist council determine its level of service that it would provide to roads within the network. A Community consultation and a road policy will be the final result of this project.
Completed an onsite review of the Santos South Australia site, based at Moomba. The following items were completed; 1. Discussions with management about the environment and conditions that existing in the management of the network to ensure that gas and oil production if effectively outputted from the plant. 2. We completed our 2 day unsealed roads training course in-house for the Southern downs regional council in July 2010. We completed day; 1. Best Practical Operational Techniques and Service Delivery Inspections 2. September 2010. Completed a half day training course for 24 persons on best practical operational techniques. For grader, water truck and roller operators.
We continued the next series of presentations on the service delivery model. In this presentation to council we covered the budget model based on service levels and displayed the cost impacts. Also we displayed the new upgrading policy to be used to determine when a unsealed road could be considered for sealing.

Developed a service cost based model to determine charges to commerical operations using of some of councils unsealed and sealed roads. The model used full life cycle costing.
Developed and delivered service delivery model for unsealed roads presentation to new Council. This included history review, current service levels and standards and budget impacts.
