Have been engaged to assist the council co-ordinate the estimates for recent flood damage. We have completed this as a co-ordinated approach with the two other regional councils. A database has been developed to process the estimate and submit the claim.
This month we have been helping manangement develop budget for roads. This included the maintenance, renewal and capitial addition works. We have also developed a number of models to determine for certain services level predicted expenditure for maintenance and renewal.
