Unsealed Road Maintenance Grading Operator Training in Best Practice Operational Techniques and Development of Service Level Budget Modelling. Council in some areas only use a grader and water truck for maintenance. The training course recommendation of using a roller across the region would provide increased road performance with better moisture conditioning and compaction.
