Unsealed Road Maintenance Grading Operator Training in Best Practice Operational Techniques and Development of Service Level Budget Modelling. As part of operational day in the field a full road reformation techniques was completed. It was interesting to see how a flat road with poor drainage can be transformed into a road about 500mm higher with good cross fall, when this amount of effort is engaged. Well done Council. Costing analysis was completed as part of this training to see what the cost benefits were on using different grading activities verses their time performance. Before and After Photo below.
